    Ms. Amy has been working with children since 2006, when she and her husband Chris opened The Goddard School. As a proud mom of three—Max, Natalie, and Brett—she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering them on at hockey games. One of the most rewarding aspects of owning The Goddard School is the opportunity to help shape young minds into confident, curious learners. She is continually inspired by the progress her students make each day. Her door is always open, so feel free to stop by and say hello!

  • Ms Michelle

    Ms. Michelle has been dedicated to Early Childhood Education since 2008, beginning her career at The Goddard School in Brookfield, CT, as an assistant teacher. After earning her degree in Early Childhood Education from Kaplan University, she committed herself to continuous growth as an educator. In 2013, she became a preschool teacher, then advanced to Assistant Director in 2017. By 2020, she proudly stepped into the role of Director. Ms. Michelle is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young children and finds great joy in supporting their learning and development every day.

    Ms. Amanda holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and has been active in the field since 2000. Throughout her career, she has worked with children of all ages—from infants to school-age—in a variety of roles, including Teacher, Program Manager, and currently, Assistant Director. She lives in Franklin with her dog, Auggie, and her daughter resides in Foxborough. Ms. Amanda truly enjoys building meaningful relationships with families and being a part of their children's early learning journey.

    Ms. Alisha is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education at Dean College, where she continues to deepen her knowledge and passion for teaching young children. Her love for education has been a lifelong calling, and she is thrilled to be building her career at The Goddard School’s Bellingham location, where she has been a dedicated team member since 2022. Initially drawn to working with infants and young toddlers, Alisha quickly discovered that she also has a strong connection with pre-kindergarten students. She enjoys creating engaging learning environments that support children’s curiosity, independence, and growth across all developmental stages. Outside of the classroom, Alisha finds joy in spending time outdoors, especially hiking and exploring nature. She’s an avid reader and enjoys relaxing with a good book.

    Ms. Amber began her journey working with children in 2018, gaining experience through after-school programs and serving as a Girl Scout troop leader. Her passion for early childhood education led her to become a toddler teacher in 2021, a role she continues to thrive in. Amber is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education, furthering her commitment to nurturing young learners and supporting their development. Amber’s favorite children’s book is "The Crayon Book of Feelings" by Drew Daywalt, which she loves for its engaging way of helping children understand and express emotions. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her two beloved dogs, Luna and Hazel, traveling to new places, and making memories with her family and friends.

    Ms. Andrea has been dedicated to early childhood education since 1996, bringing nearly three decades of experience to her role at The Goddard School, where she has been a valued team member since 2008. Her passion for nurturing young minds is evident in the care and attention she gives to each child, helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically throughout the school year. One of Andrea’s favorite aspects of her work is the opportunity to reflect on each child’s journey—from their first steps into the classroom in September to the remarkable progress they’ve made by the end of the year. She finds deep fulfillment in witnessing their development and celebrating their milestones. Outside of the classroom, Andrea enjoys spending time with her two children and her extended family. Whether it's sharing meals, attending events, or simply relaxing together, family time is a cherished part of her life.

    Ms. Ashleigh joined The Goddard School team in 2024, bringing with her a strong academic background and a growing passion for early childhood education. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Salem State University and is preparing to begin her master’s program in forensic psychology. Her experience working with children began through babysitting and caring for her younger sister, which sparked her interest in child development. Ashleigh is excited to continue building her skills while making a positive impact in the classroom. Ashleigh’s favorite children’s books include "Where the Wild Things Are" by Maurice Sendak and "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle.     Ms. Ashley is a proud mom of two wonderful children, Mia and Liam, and has over a decade of experience in the childcare field. After spending time at a smaller center, she is thrilled to have rejoined the teaching team at The Goddard School. Currently, she is continuing her education and working toward completing her degree in Early Childhood Education. In her free time, Ashley enjoys making DIY crafts with her Cricut, spending quality time with her kids, and taking shopping trips to Target.

    Ms. Camila graduated from Franklin High School in 2011 and continued her education at Bristol Community College and Dean College. She has been working in childcare since 2010 and joined The Goddard School in 2018. Camila enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and she adores her dog, Teddy, and bunny, Penelope, who she considers part of the family. Her favorite part of working with children is watching them grow and develop over time.

    Ms. Chandran began her journey in Early Childhood Education in 2021 and joined The Goddard School in 2022. She has a deep passion for working with toddlers and finds great joy in observing their growth and development over time. She initially started as a float teacher and later transitioned into a classroom teacher role, which she truly enjoys. This position allows her to build strong, meaningful relationships with both the children and their families. Outside of work, Chandran cherishes spending quality time with her family and enjoys traveling, shopping, and dining out.     Ms. Emily began working with children in 2023, first as a swim instructor and later as a preschool teacher. Her passion for early childhood education inspired her to enroll at MassBay, where she is currently continuing her coursework toward becoming a certified teacher and earning her degree in the field. Outside of her studies and classroom work, Emily enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Graham. She’s a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts and has a growing collection of bracelets that reflect her playful style.     Ms. Sammi has had a lifelong passion for working with children, beginning her journey in early childhood education at the age of 17. She finds it both exciting and rewarding to witness their daily discoveries and growth. A fun fact about Siena is that she is a PreK graduate of the very same school where she now helps create the loving and nurturing environment she once experienced as a child. Outside of the classroom, Siena enjoys playing field hockey and spending time with her animals. Her favorite children’s book is "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?" by Eric Carle, reflecting her appreciation for rhythm, repetition, and engaging storytelling.

  • Ms Chandra

    Ms. Chandra holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Bunker Hill Community College and is certified to teach children across all age groups. She began her teaching career as a toddler teacher and has since expanded her experience to include preschool and Pre-K, where she has taught for three years. Her diverse background and dedication to early learning make her a valuable part of The Goddard School team. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys reading, drawing, and performing in musical theatre—activities that reflect her creativity and love for storytelling.     Ms. Kate joined The Goddard School in August 2024 and is currently studying Early Childhood and Special Education online at Bridgewater State University. She began working with children at age 15 through summer camps and school internships. A proud alum of The Goddard School herself, Kate brings warmth and enthusiasm to the classroom. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her golden retriever Layla, baking, going to the beach, and watching sunsets.     Ms. Madison began her career in early childhood education in 2019 at Head Start, where she discovered a deep passion for supporting young learners. To advance in the field, she enrolled at MassBay and earned her teacher certification, continuing to build her expertise and impact. Madison especially enjoys working with preschoolers, finding joy in witnessing their growth and development each day.
